We are strong believers in the agile development process and
use it successfully for our projects -- both
internal and for our clients. In our experience, a more iterative
development process quickly brings out the strong
and weak points of a new project and leads to
faster delivery of the most important features to meet
the marketing opportunity.
We will work with you to analyze your needs, review your current designs or ideas, talk with your customers, and discover the best solution.
We have found that most of the key features that lead to a successful product are discovered during the development process, not before. We try to prototype applications quickly so that usability issues can be uncovered early.
We develop on short cycles called sprints. At the end of each cycle, we produce some form of visible or usable output to help validate the current direction. We can quickly dismiss features that do not provide true value and discover features that are missing.
